Woodhill offers magnificent views and modern living in a secure environment with a country feel. The suburb consists mainly of The Woodhill Residential Estate and Country Club with more than 850 upmarket residences and is situated between De Villebois Mareuil Drive to the south, Atterbury Road to the east, Garsfontein Road to the west and Solomon Mahlangu Drive to the north.
Every stand in the estate is situated in relation to the 18-hole Peter Matkovich golf course to make the most of the estate’s natural beauty. A large piece of Woodhill was originally home to a dairy farm owned by the Wolfaardt family from 1927 until 1994.
