What type of property can you find within the Sibaya Coastal Precinct, and what future developments can we look forward to seeing?
Three developments have been almost sold out already at Sibaya. Signature, which is an exclusive estate, will comprise 45 beautiful homes, all with sea views; and Pebble Beach and OceanDunes, both of which are apartment blocks. There are several other sectional title developments planned for Sibaya, as well as mixed-use components. We will be releasing the last seafront development in April, called Coral Point, which will be prime residential apartment living in a resort-style development.
