With almost half the population being middle-aged, followed by young adults between the ages of 18 and 35, it’s a vibrant and upcoming neighbourhood with income averages of between R25,000 and R35,000 per month. The area consists mostly of “lock up and go” security townhouse complexes and townhouses within security estates. With all the upmarket shopping centres including the famous Mall at Reds and the Raslouw Lifestyle Centre, health and fitness outlets as well as the numerous family-orientated restaurants, this suburb is perfect for the young and the young at heart.
