Vines, olives, water and wine information:
The Vineyards (company) hold stock of 5000 bottles of 750ml 2020 wines.
2021 wines are still in oak barrels and there is approximately 7500 litres which
still need to be bottled and labelled.
Water:
There is an annual allocation of water from a neighboring dam which is fed
fortnightly by an irrigation channel.
9million litres per annum at no cost .
This right is recorded on the title deed of the property and is a registered servitude.
There is a solar powered borehole which serves the household .
15000 litres for this purpose .
There is also a bulk reservoir which serves to irrigate the vines.
All the
vines and Olives are under drip irrigation .
The property if 1,8 hectare of which 1 hectare is planted with vines and there are
200 mission olive trees on the property.
There are approximately 4500 Cabernet Sauvignon vines, 1500 Malbec vines,

Manufacturing and Storage.
The wines are made at Arendsig Estate in Bonnievale by winemaker Lourens van
der Westhuizen.
After maturation, they are bottled and corked and then sent to a bonded warehouse near Ashton where they are labelled and packaged and
stored prior to despatch.
