There are also three boreholes of which one are equipped with solar. The Mountain Spring water arrives in a constant flowing PVC pipeline and delivers 170 000 cubic per annum.

At the farm entrance is a little Primary School which accommodates grade R to Grade 5 pupils from the neighboring farms. The school is not run by the farmer, he does however gets a steady rental income from it.
