Urban Renewal: why invest in Braamfontein?
Dylan: Look I think the whole area, in general, it's becoming the new hub. This place specifically is about a kilometer from UJ, a kilometer from Auck Park. It's two and a half kilometers from Constitutional Hill. It's very central, and I think that Kuta Town is actually-- that's it. I mean, it's situated in such a perfect position. And especially for students and young professionals, which is the audience which we are going after.
