Fish Hoek is located on a 1.5km stretch of white sandy beach and is surrounded by rugged mountains. It offers one of the safest towns and swimming beaches which, say the agents, is literally a two-minute walk from Eden by the Bay.

Restaurants and shops are also within a few minutes’ walk along the Main Road. The Clovelly Golf Course is a five minute drive as are a broad choice of outdoor and leisure activities associated with seaside living such as kayaking, surfing, swimming, hiking and more. There are excellent schools in the area and it is ideal to raise a family.

Fish Hoek appeals to a broad base of buyers, from young professionals and families to older, retirement buyers and the agents note that it is very popular for holiday and second homes, attracting buyers from across the country as well as foreign ‘swallow’ buyers. It is also popular for rentals, both residential and holiday and property is therefore also an appealing investment.

The agents suggest that interested buyers and investor hurry as these units are likely to fly off the shelf. The development is selling off-plan and there are various options to choose from. Prices start at R2.795m and there is no transfer duty payable.
