Private Property partners with The Citizen and Farmer's Weekly

At the end of last year, Private Property concluded a deal that saw Caxton and CTP Publishers and Printers acquire a majority share in Private Property.

Since then the two businesses have been working hard to leverage the partnership in a way that showcases relevant properties to as wide an audience as possible.

The property section of eighty two of Caxton’s local newspaper websites have already been rebranded and feature property for sale and to rent from Private Property’s website. Visitors to these community-based websites can now easily access property listings in their local area through the new property sections.

Private Property has also partnered with Caxton’s Farmer’s Weekly website to showcase farms and agricultural land for sale and to rent across South Africa. These properties can be found on a newly-created Farms section on the Private Property website as well as a farms for sale section on the Farmer’s Weekly website.

The latest Caxton’s asset to partner with Private Property is The Citizen website.

From the start of September, Citizen readers will be able to search for their next home or find possible buyers or tenants on South Africa’s favourite property portal, Private Property, in partnership with The Citizen. Citizen readers, will just need to click on the tab on the top right of the website to access property listings and content on Private Property.
