Catch Private Property at the Property Buyer Show

First time home buyers and property investors can get a comprehensive understanding of the property buying process at The Property Buyer Show.

Buying property, whether as a home or as an investment, can be a complex process and involves a significant financial investment. Private Property believes that buyers should be empowered with the knowledge to make the right property decisions.

The Property Buyer Show, a first of its kind exhibition taking place from 8 to 9 April at the Cape Town International Convention Centre, has attracted Private Property and other big names as sponsors giving first-time home buyers and property investors a comprehensive understanding of everything involved in purchasing a property “Around 90% of property searches begin online on property websites like Private Property, and a large proportion of these are by first-time buyers. An online platform like ours is the ideal starting point for buyers since they can view a wide selection of stock from agents, developers, banks and private sellers, research the market and access useful advice,” says Sue Clarke, Marketing and Media Manager for PrivateProperty.co.za.

“We’re excited to be involved with the show and look forward to meeting the public and showing them just how useful our site can be to them.”

Visitors to Private Property’s interactive stand at the show can look forward to exciting giveaways, advice from our team of experts and have the chance to win a coffee machine.

Private Property’s Greg Crowder will also present a talk on The ABC of House Hunting on Saturday at 2pm, in the First-Time Buyer Theatre sponsored by Standard Bank.

As proud sponsors of The Property Buyer Show, Private Property is giving away 250 FREE tickets to attend the exclusive property exhibition.
