There is a good mixture of sectional title and full title properties. Sectional title properties range from apartments to townhouses and cluster homes, while full title properties tend to have large stands of over 1,000m² in size and range from R3m to R5,5m. The first phase of the estate is almost fully built with only a few stands available and the second phase is now being prepared.
