Just Letting, part of the Just Property Group has been named the number one lettings agency in Africa at the Arabia/Africa Property Awards in Dubai. As the highest-scoring regional winner it was automatically entered into the International Awards, where it was placed in the top five within the lettings agency category.
A world-renowned mark of excellence, the International Property Awards celebrates residential and commercial property professionals from across the globe. The judges mark entries against each category criteria, the final score decides the award winners and if a Highly Commended or Five-Star (the highest national award available), is presented.
Just Letting has over five years grown from a specialist lettings agency to offering a complete property offering including commercial, sales and investment. Operating 139 franchisers across South Africa and Namibia in 2012, today there are 192 franchises, a 38% growth in two years.
