Tyson Properties celebrated their 10th annual awards function in style at Madame Zingara’s Theatre of Dreams last week.
The event was a great success and was attended by more than 400 people including management, agents, support staff, bond originators, conveyancers and media.
CEO Chris Tyson said that when he started the company ten years ago with six agents, he could never have imagined how many people would touch his life and how the company would grow.
He acknowledged the initial team and thanked everyone for their contribution to the success of the company.
“We have enjoyed some wonderful highlights over that past 10 years, including our affiliation to Christie’s International Real Estate, and winning awards from ‘Top Real Estate Company in KZN’ to ‘Best Website in Africa’,” he said.
“Our greatest achievement, however, is that we have matured into a well-respected Real Estate company. We have laid massive foundations in KZN and with continued efforts will strengthen and expand our footprint here.”
Chris also announced the company’s most ambitious plan yet – to expand the brand nationally and to grow the company by 10 offices per year for the next five years. This plan has been set in motion and will see offices opening in Cape Town and Johannesburg in the next three months.
“To establish new offices and see the same dreams and aspiration in the faces of our new alliances, takes me back to day one of Tyson Properties. This is a very rewarding time,” he said.
