Terms:

* Minimum booking period over the holiday season is 6 weeks.

* Minimum lease period at the monthly rate is 6 months.

* Tenants will be screened according to standard procedures.

* A refundable security deposit is payable with a once off contract fee of R1500

* Security deposit is equal to one month''s rental.
