The backdoor leads to the undercover braai area and on the other side of the undercover stoep is the third bedroom (double bed and bunk beds) with small en suite (outside the house).

The house is situated in Beyers street, walking distance to the Onrus Beach and the popular Davies Pool (tidal pool). A single garage space is available for a small vehicle and the front lawn offers plenty of extra parking.

The property is not fenced and not suitable for pets.

Terms:

* The property is available from 1 September till 30 November, or for a minimum of 2 months in between.

* Maximum number of residents permitted at the property is 4 people.

* Tenants to bring their own bedding, linen and towels.

* The property does not have wifi but tenants fibre access (if they bring their own box & router).

* There is a DSTV connection point for tenants with their own decoder.

* Water & electricity usage is for the tenant''s account.

* Garden maintenance is included in the rental.
