Gorgeous family home for the holidays.. A beautiful, sunny home near all Hermanus has to offer.

Suitable for up to 6 guests and available December 13 - January 8 (for a minimum of 10 nights, with exceptions based on available gaps between bookings).

While Hermanus is a wonderfully safe holiday destination, this elegant property offers extra peace of mind as it is walled all around and features an electric fence and alarm system.

Three comfortable living areas provide ample space for different needs. Two living areas downstairs are separated by a fireplace. The smart TV is available for guests to stream their favorite entertainment platforms. There is a built-in braai and sliding doors to the backyard and covered patio with another braai area and pizza oven. The third living area is (the only room) on the first floor and features a north facing balcony with incredible mountain views.

The open plan dining area sits next to the kitchen (with double door fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric stove, microwave, etc.) and laundry (with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer).

Bedroom & bathroom layout:

* The master bedroom is on the left hand side of the living area. It features a double bed, north facing windows & sliding doors to the backyard and full en suite bathroom.

* 2nd bedroom is on the right hand side of the house and features a double bed.

* 3rd bedroom is also on the right hand side of the house and features twin beds and a sliding door to a small patio in the front yard.

* A full bathroom services bedrooms 2 and 3.

* The guest cloakroom is behind the living areas.

The rental includes cleaning service on Wednesdays and Saturdays (not public holidays). Wifi is available to guests as well as an inverter, in case of a power outage.

The property is not pet friendly.

Nightly rates (based on a 10-14 night reservation):

* R5,000 per night for December 13-20 and January 3-8.

* R6,500 per night for December 20 - January 3.

Note that bedding and bath towels are available for guests'' use (not beach towels).
