Available to rent is the GROUND FLOOR of a larger house. Guests will share the vehicle entrance but the lower level of the house is accessed via a private entrance and overall privacy is guaranteed.

The ground floor has 3 bedrooms (all en-suite) with a kitchen and open plan living and dining area that opens up onto an undercover patio and leads out to the garden. A Weber braai is available for guests'' use.

This home has views from all angles, whether it be mountain or golf course.

A large carport is available for guests'' vehicle, plus extra parking inside the yard, behind the automated gate.

DSTV and wifi are included. The property is not pet-friendly although exceptions may be made at the owner''s discretion.

Note that a lady lives upstairs and (only) the parking area is communal.

Terms:

For reservations including Christmas, New Year or both:

* Minimum booking period is 14 nights at R4,000pn.

* A reservation for 15-28 days is available at R3,700pn

For reservations excluding Christmas / New Year:

* Minimum booking period of 14 nights at R4,000 per night.

Payment terms:

* Security deposit is 30% of total booking cost.

* 50% of reservation cost is due upon signature.

* The balance of the reservation cost is payable 40 days before arrival.
