Just a short drive down to Robberg Beach and almost next door to Robberg Nature Reserve.

The House is Double Story and offers lovely Living Areas.

Downstairs is the Garage and Driveway, the open-plan kids TV area, three Bedrooms as well as the Pool, Garden and Patio.

There is a Laundry downstairs and has a spare Fridge-Freezer combo and an Ice-Machine. The downstairs Patio is covered and overlooks the Pool and Garden. The Garden is fully enclosed. The Patio leads onto the Decked area and Garden. There is a large Dining table seating 12 and a sitting area with two Sofas. There is another Seating area on the Deck in the Garden.

Stairs lead up to the main Living Area with light Open-plan Area offering views of the Sea and Robberg. There is a modern Kitchen with a Pantry Cupboard and a Scullery.

The indoor Dining Table seats 10. Large sliding doors open onto the upstairs Patio with large outdoor Dining Table and X4 Benches seating up to 16 Guests. There is a large Gas Braai and a Portable Braai. There is one Bedroom upstairs.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

There are two main Bedrooms with en-suite Bathrooms and two Bedrooms that share one Bathroom.

The one Bedroom is upstairs with the remaining Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 downstairs.

Bedroom 1: Queen sized Bed with en-suite Bathroom: Shower and Toilet. There is a TV and sliding doors leading onto the Balcony.

Bedroom 2: King sized Bed with en-suite Bathroom: Bath with Hand-Shower, Shower, Toilet, Double Basin and Bidet.

There is a TV in this Bedroom. Doors lead onto the Pool, Deck and Garden.

Bedroom 3: Queen sized Bed.

Bedroom 4 Queen sized Bed.

Family Bathroom: For Bedrooms 3 and 4. Each Bedroom has a door leading into the Bathroom.

* Rates exclude the once-off booking fee R300.00 and the refundable breakage deposit.

* Availability upon confirmation at time of booking.

* Booking deposit of 50% to confirm. Balance due 4 weeks prior to check-in date.
