The home has an inverter with solar, to avoid the loadshedding stress.

Open plan, lovely spacious lounge with a built-in braai/fireplace, large L Shape leather sofa and another large comfy sofa, Smart TV with full DSTV and Netflix. Doors open to a spacious covered entertainment area.

DINING AREA:

Open plan spacious dining room, large table and chairs to seat 10 people, ceramic fireplace.

KITCHEN:

Spacious, country style open plan, very well-equipped kitchen, 4 plate gas hob, under counter electric oven, coffee machine, microwave, 2 x ridge/freezers, Scullery with a double sink, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.

Breakfast counter with bar stools.

BEDROOMS:

1 x bedroom with a double bed, TV with Netflix, en-suite with shower, toilet and basin, private deck/patio area.

This bedroom is situated just off the kitchen and has its own private entrance.
