The driveway from the street leads down into the double garage with direct access to the house via the scullery and kitchen.

The main living and entertainment area has a modern, well-equipped kitchen to the left, with a kitchen ledge seating 4 which has a sliding window offering views over the bay.

Central prep island with prep bowl - perfect for cooking with a view.

Indoor dining table seating 10 and large flat-screen TV in the living area. Sea-facing balcony with frameless glass balustrade. From the TV area, this leads to the entertainment area, fully equipped bar seating 6, large flat-screen TV to watch the game and cosy L-shaped sofa to fit the whole family and friends. Large stacking doors lead out to the covered patio with built-in braai, weber, outdoor dining table s eating up to 14 guests.

Drop down blinds allow for cosy evening entertainment should the weather change.

The staircase leads to the lower level with all the bedrooms, a large TV room with coffee station and bar fridge which leads onto the pool, deck and garden.

All four bedrooms have doors opening onto the deck with views of the pool, garden and towards the sea.

There are two bedrooms on the left and two on the right with the TV room in the middle.

ACCOMMODATION AND AMENITIES CHECK LIST:

* Bed linen, bath towels are provided. One set of swimming towels provided.

* Mandatory cleaning lady to work 5 weekdays per week. Should there be more than 6 occupants, a second lady may be required to work. Live in houseman who assists with the garden, pool and braai. His room is downstairs and is private.

* Kitchen is equipped with a 5 plate Gas Hob and Electric Oven.

* X1 Fridge/Freezer Combo (extra one in the scullery). Nespresso machine. Microwave.

* Dishwasher and Washing machine.
