Mira House is a charming, comfortable, neat family home, ideally located on Longships drive within an easy walk to Beacon Island and Central beach. The home has an inverter for load shedding. Ideal home for a family wanting to enjoy a Plett Summer holiday.

LIVING AREA:

Enter the home through the entrance hall.

DINING AREA:

Open to the lounge and kitchen is a lovely dining table and chairs seating 6.

LOUNGE:

Step down into a well-furnished, comfortable lounge with TV (full DSTV) fireplace, lounge leads out onto the pool area and garden.

KITCHEN:

Spacious open plan fully equipped kitchen with 5 plate gas hob, under counter oven, ceramic prep bowl, microwave, air fryer, 2 x fridge/freezer, scullery area with dishwasher and washing machine, double sink, doors open to the back garden. Large breakfast counter with bar stools.

TV LOUNGE:

Cozy TV Room with a double sleeper couch

Study area.

BEDROOMS:

1 x Master bedroom with King size bed, dressing room and small en-suite shower, toilet, and basin. Doors open to the garden.

1 x bedroom with Queen bed

1 x bedroom with Queen bed

These 2 rooms share a bathroom with basin, corner bath, shower.

Separate toilet.

ENTERTAINMENT AREA:

Front of the garden is a swimming pool (no net on the pool) sun loungers, table and benches and braai facilities, large umbrella.

Off the kitchen area is an enclosed garden with fire pit and patio furniture.

* Rates exclude the once-off booking fee R300.00 and the refundable breakage deposit.

* Availability upon confirmation at time of booking.

* Booking deposit of 50% to confirm. Balance due 4 weeks prior to check-in date.
