Enter the front door to the Entrance. On your right is the TV Lounge and to your left the Kitchen and Dining Area.

Doors lead out from both the Dining and Lounge Areas onto the front which has a covered Patio and Braai Area with a Pool and Garden.

Main Bedroom upstairs: Queen Bed with en-suite Bathroom: Bath, Shower, Toilet and Bidet.

Bedroom 2: X2 Single Beds.

Downstairs:

Bedroom 3: X1 Double Bed and en-suite Bathroom: Shower and Toilet.

Bedroom 4: X2 Single Beds.

Family Bathroom 1: X1 Shower.

Family Bathroom 2: X1 Toilet.

Accommodation and Amenities Checklist:

* The property is fenced from the road and is connected to an alarm company.

* Bed linen and two sets of bath and hand towels are provided.

* Uncapped Wi-Fi included in the rate.

* Full DSTV included in the rate.

* The Kitchen is equipped with a Microwave, 4 plate electric cooking Hob and Oven . One Fridge/ Freezer combo.

* Dishwasher and Washing Machine.

* Parking: One remote controlled garage parking for one vehicle. Further off street parking in-front of the garage for two vehicles.

* A safety net is available for use on the swimming pool. Please ask me to ensure its on should you have babies and children who are unable to swim.

PLEASE NOTE: For small children the windows upstairs are not small child friendly.

* Non-smoking.

* No pets allowed.

* There is a room downstairs which is excluded from the rental and will be locked.

* Rates exclude the once-off booking fee R300.00 and the refundable breakage deposit.

* Availability upon confirmation at time of booking.

* Booking deposit of 50% to confirm. Balance due 4 weeks prior to check-in date.
