* Smart TV. with Netflix and Prime. Tenants to use own log-in details for DSTV. * No fixed decoder.

* WiFi - 8-10 mbps uncapped.

* Bed Linen, Bath and Beach Towels are provided.

* Beach Equipment: X2 Beach Umbrellas and X2 Beach Chairs.

* Non-smoking Property.

*Pets allowed on request and application at time of booking. Please note: For those with pet allergies, the Owners have one dog who will not be at the

Payment and Booking Terms:

* Rates exclude the once-off booking fee R300.00 and the refundable breakage deposit.

* Availability upon confirmation at time of booking.

* Booking deposit of 50% to confirm. Balance due 4 weeks prior to check-in date.
