Kitchen is equipped with a 5 plate Gas Hob and Double Smeg Electric Ovens. X1 Fridge/Freezer Combo. Nespresso machine. Ice Machine, Microwave.

Scullery is equipped with a Dishwasher, Washing machine and Tumble Drier.

Smart TV in both lounges. Tenants to log into DSTV via app using own login details.

Please note that there is one private store in the house and one private cupboard in the garage which is locked and excluded from the rental.
