This newly built and furnished holiday home offers a magical stylish holiday on the banks of the Keurbooms River. You have your own private pool, spacious lawn area and direct open access onto the Keurbooms River.

For the security conscious, there are external security beams and access control to the estate.

The gravel driveway leads up to the entrance and double garage.

Enter either through the garage, a wet room and into the main living area or from the main entrance door.

Large glass doors and windows all offer expansive views of the River.

Large and light open-plan living area, with a TV lounge (with fire-place), well equipped kitchen and indoor dining area with fire-place and a table seating 8. All offering river views. There is a separate bar area to the left which leads out onto the covered outdoor dining and braai area. This also leads onto the large lawn area and decked swimming pool with pool loungers.

There is a separate pantry, scullery and laundry. There is one guest bedroom downstairs and the remaining bedrooms upstairs.

Upstairs also has a cosy TV lounge with fire-place and large sofa overlooking the river and pool. There is a study with a Nespresso machine and milk frother and kettle.

The primary bedroom suite is to the left while the remaining guest bedrooms are to the right. All with lovely views of the river.

The house is equipped with an alarm system with external security beams.

The house is equipped with an inverter. This runs the lights and plugs.

Mandatory cleaning lady to work Mondays/Wednesdays and Fridays. Her rate is excluded from the rental at R300.00 per weekday. Her hours are from 8.30am until 1pm. Should you require more regular servicing, this is optional and extra.

Bed linen, bath and swimming towels are provided.

WiFi included.

The swimming pool is open and has no net and no safety fence. Please take note for families with babies and young children who are unable to swim. The river is also accessed from the lawn.
