From the driveway and garage, stairs lead down to the front door. On the right is the guest bedroom 3 with doors leading onto the courtyard.

Enter into the spacious open-plan living area all with sea-views. On the right is the living room, indoor dining seating 8 and kitchen. This leads through to the scullery as well as the third guest bedroom.

On the left is the separate TV lounge and the main and guest bedroom 2. These two rooms have lovely views.

To the front is the covered entertainment area with sea-views. There is a gas braai, outood dining table seating 8, outdoor seating, swimming pool and putting green all with sea-views.

Main Bedroom: King sized bed with full en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower, Heated Towel Rails and Toilet. Doors lead out onto the seafacing patio. There is a ceiling fan and a dressing area with built-in cupboards.

Bedroom 2: X2 Single Beds Or King with views and doors onto the patio. Full en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet.

Bedroom 3: X2 Single Beds Or King with views and doors onto the patio. Dressing area and a full en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet.

Swimming pool: ere are 4 sun-loungers for use at the pool. The swimming pool is not equipped with a saftey-net/fence or pool cover. Please note for families with children who are unable to swim.
