From the front Door enter into the light and spacious Living Area with Doors leading onto the Decked Entertainment Area.

The Living Area has a Sitting Room with large flat-screen TV, Fireplace, Indoor Dining Seating -10 and modern Kitchen.

There is a separate well-equipped Scullery.

The Entertainment Area is covered and leads to the Decked Pool Area and Garden with lawn.

Enjoy the Swimming Pool with sea-views, Gas Braai, Built-in Braai, Pizza Oven and Outdoor Dining Table seating 8.

There are two Sun-Loungers with cushions.
