This double story country-styled Home is in the secure and popular Brackenridge Private Security Estate. The Home is next to a large green-belt of indigenous Flora with views towards the Valley and distant views of the Sea and Mountains from the top Patio.

The Home offers privacy, generous-sized Bedrooms which are all en-suite and two Living Areas.

The Pool is tucked away from the House and surrounded by a Deck overlooking the Fynbos and Valley.

There is a built-in brick Braai at the decked Pool.

The House has been designed to ensure cool conditions in Summer.

Downstairs: Enter into the House into the open-plan Living Area with Sitting Room, indoor Dining and Kitchen. Large Sash Windows look onto the Indigenous Garden.

There are two Bedrooms downstairs. There is a large Fireplace in the Sitting Room. The Dining table seats 8.

Stairs lead up to the second Living Area, Patio and the other two Bedrooms.

The open-plan Living Area has a TV Lounge and the Dining Table seats 8. Doors lead out onto the Patio with distant views of the Sea. There is a Weber Braai for you to use on the Patio.

Payment and Booking Terms:

* Rates exclude the once-off booking fee R300.00 and the refundable breakage deposit.

* Availability upon confirmation at time of booking.

* Booking deposit of 50% to confirm. Balance due 4 weeks prior to check-in date.
