This home is about 1.5km drive from Hartenbos / Diaz Beach and near all shopping centers and main attractions in die area.

Downstairs:

There is an open plan dining room, a large living room with TV (Dstv) and Built-in braai. The area opens to a enclosed verandah with a beautiful sea view.

There is 1 bedroom downstairs, it has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a corner bath / shower and toilet, cupboards and a fan.

Downstairs has also got a separate quest toilet.

When you go upstairs there is a mini kitchen with all basic needs, a 2nd living room with a built- in braai that opens to another balcony with an outside braai and sitting area.

(this house has a total off 3 braai areas).

Upstairs is 2 bedrooms

One bedroom has a double bed, cupboards, fan and en-suite bathroom (corner bath, shower, and toilet)

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, cupboards, fan and en-suite bathroom (corner bath, shower and toilet) also has its own balcony.

Upstairs is an extra quest toilet.

Sleeper couch also available.

Bedding will be available, guests to only bring their own swimming towels.

Parking available behind enclosed gates for 2 cars.

The house can comfortably sleep 6 to 8 people and is available for holiday rental during the year. (7 days or more)

Out of Season Rates - R1700 per day (6 people)

Easter Weekend - R2200 per day (6 people)

December - R3600 per day (6 people) an additional (R220 per person) Max 8 Guests.

50% Deposit to confirm your booking. The other 50% 2 weeks before arrival. We charge a R2500 breakage deposit and R800 fee.
