This cozy, furnished two-bedroom townhouse is located in Diaz, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, gym, convenience store, hotel, hairdressers, and much more.

Pre-paid electricity, plus an additional municipal electricity monthly fee of about R450 payable by the tenant. Water and refuse basic fee payable by tenant.

You can enjoy a braai outside on the lawn or under the covered built-in braai area.

Your car will be safe, parked next to the house.

The TV room is spacious with two sleeper couches and a chair. The kitchen is small, featuring a single basin, a two-plate stove, fridge and washing machine.

The beautiful main bedroom has plenty of built-in cupboards and a double bed.

Please note - The second bedroom is bright and sunny, with only space for a single bed, built-in cupboards, and a dressing table. It can also be used as a study. Not suitable for small kids.
