Located between Littlebrak and Greatbrak River, this quiet and safe town (Tergniet) is a short drive from Hartenbos, Mosselbay, George and the George airport.

This house is under 1km from the beach and tidal pool, near to local shopping center in Fraai Uitsig and the Reebok Superette.

The house has two bedrooms

Bedroom 1 - Double bed, couch and Built-in cupboards with en-suite bathroom (Shower / Toilet and basin)

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with Built-in cupboards en-suite bathroom with (shower / toilet and basin)

Fully equipped kitchen / and dining area (Open plan) and in living room there is also twin beds.

No Washing machine but local laundromat near by.

Wifi availble (Dstv Now)

Outside braai or braai (gasbraai) on the deck

Parking outside (very safe area)

Bedding will be available, guests to only bring their own swimming towels.

Out off Season rates - R1100 per day

December / January Holiday R2 200 per day (10 days or more)

50% deposit confirms booking and other 50% 2 weeks before arrival.

There will be a damage deposit payable on booking of R2500 and a R700 cleaning fee.

The damage deposit will be refunded after 7 days after departure.

This is truly a very nice house to come and relax after the hard year we have all been through - Please note the house is on the top floor off the property, the bottom is occupied.
