We are based 100m from Blouberg Beach. Off Coral Road.

So if you like to Kite or surf this is the ideal spot!

This unit has a spiral staircase up to the private space of This sea facing flat.

Enter from the patio into the bedroom lounge space.

Into the kitchen area we have a place to eat or work overlooking the atlantic, cupboards with loads of space for clothes or gear and the kitchen is well appointed with bar fridge, sink, toaster, air fryer, kettle, one plate stove and all the cutlery and dishware you may require.

The unit has a full bathroom (so has a shower, toilet, basin and bath)

The unit is light, bright and airy.

The bed is a queen size with pillow top for your comfort!

All the windows have blinds or louvres which act as a security gate.

Ideally suited to a newly divorcee, business person or work from home type who is needing peace and quiet and quick access to the beach for walks etc.

The wifi is good and has been suitable for our overseas guests who have been here on working holidays over the festive period.

There is one street parking available.

It is safe and we live in a cul de sac. So there is no unnecessary foot or vehicle traffic through our enclave.

We are pet friendly by arrangement.
