This charming one-bedroom cottage, nestled within the tranquil grounds of the South African Legion in Rosebank, is perfect for a retired couple or single individual seeking a peaceful lifestyle.

Prerequisite is that the prospective applicants **must be 55 years of age or older to apply**.

The grounds are access controlled, offering lush gardens to immerse oneself in. The cottage also has a private little garden as we as a courtyard in front.

The bedroom, lounge and passageway floors are all carpeted, kitchen and bathroom floors are tiled.

The kitchen offers ample cupboard and surface workspace. (No stove installed).

In the bathroom one finds both a bath, as well as a stand-alone shower. Separate toilet.

Doors from the lounge/dining room open onto a covered patio area and small garden.

Prepaid electricity.

Water is included.

One designated parking bay for the cottage, with plenty visitor bays available.

Regrettably, NO pets allowed.

Occupation from 01 February 2025.

Membership to the SA Legion and the lunch time program an optional extra.
