We're a quiet family situated in the heart of Rondebosch, looking for a mature and respectable tenant for our garden cottage. This is the perfect, safe location for a student, with easy (walking distance) access to the Jammie Shuttle.

The cottage comes fully furnished with a fridge, fan, hotplate, washing machine, double bed, built-in cupboards and a desk area. Wifi, electricity and water are all included, which are connected to the main house.
