If rental application is successful (after credit/reference checks and financial feasibilty) :

- Applicant to sign 12 month lease

- Applicant to pay the required deposit (1.5x rental) = R12500

- Applicant to pay the 1st month rental in advance = R8500

- Applicant to pay the once off Lease/admin fee (for the preparation of the Lease and credit checks) = R500
