We''re looking for a family who will cherish this very special place - sensitively restored and modernised but retaining the original charm and character of yester-year. If you''re after the latest Italian kitchen - that''s not on offer. But a neat and tidy kitchen with tons of cupboard space and room for a table and family discussions most evenings - you will find that here. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs - all with built-in cupboards. The main has a restored en-suite - with shower and bath. There is a second bathroom with shower over the bath, and a separate loo. (Two of the bedrooms are a little smaller than the others - but with plenty of rooom for bed, desk and a little more. Most bedrooms look into

a variety of mature trees and enjoy complete privacy from the street.)

Most of the house is parquet flooring - sanded and varnished a few years ago. (Please note some of the pics are from that month - so in the interim the floor has had some wear and-tear.) The living rooms consist of huge lounge, entrance Hall area/dining area, and large study/formal dining. There is also a small staff room with bathroom next to the kitchen, which has a dedicated eating nook and a walk-in pantry. Please note - there is no garage and no off-street parking with this house - but all previous tenant have parked in Daisy Way - and there is always lots of parking. The area is pretty safe - with a decent neighbourhood watch and presence. There is no electric fencing, and no high wall - but (touch wood) there have been no issues in the decade that I have been looking after the property.

There is a lovely gardener who comes with the property - and who does his best to keep the leaves and growth in check. You wlll still need to do a little in-between his visits - especially from time to time emptying leaf basket at the pool. (The pool does have an evaporation cover)

The current tenant lease ends officially 31 Dec - but we are able to give access from around the 15th if necessary.
