The cottage is North facing, sunny, and bright with a private garden with a patio, fish pond, lawn and flowers.

You enter through double doors which lead off the patio into a lounge/dining and kitchen.

The lounge is furnished with a couch, chair, side table, lamp, mat and a dining table and two benches. There is a good size fridge, with a small deep freeze, two plate stove and oven, a microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery etc.

There is a passage that leads to a walk in wardrobe with an abundance of hanging, packing and storage space as well as to the bedroom with bay window overlooking the garden and a door which leads into the garden, attached to the bedroom is an en suite bathroom with toilet, basin and shower.

The bedroom is furnished with a good double bed base and spring mattress, two mirror top side tables, as well as with a dressing table and stool. There are also two large bookcases. If required a desk and chair can be provided.

You are required to provide all your own bedding, duvet, pillows, blankets, linen such as duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillow cases as well as a waterproof mattress cover, towels, bath mat, drying and cleaning cloths etc.

I regret I cannot accommodate children or pets.

The cottage would suit a working professional.

There is a one and a half month deposit required.

There is Fiber WIFI available if required, at a cost and the electricity is pay as you go. The cottage is serviced every second week at a small additional fee. There is a small water charge applicable. There is a washing machine available on the premises for your use at an additional cost.

There is very good security on the property with spikes, razor wire, electric fencing, security beams, burglar bars and an alarm, as well as good lighting. Access is via remote control gates. In addition I pay towards the area security. The parking is undercover for one vehicle only. I maintain the garden.

The property is close to all major freeways, shops, restaurants, Observatory and town.

There is no load shedding.
