COTTAGE: This home is ideally suited for duel living, with a separate one bedroom self-contained cottage nestled at the bottom of the garden. This delightful cottage has its own fireplace and kitchenette, separate braai and entertainment area.

Load shedding need never be a problem as this home has an inverter with battery back-up and solar geyser.

The home has excellent security with perimeter beams and armed response included in the rental.

Secure uncovered parking for two cars behind two automated iron gates.
