Unfortunately we do not accept Proof of Payment (PoP), the funds must reflect. The inspection and key handover will take place between 24 hours and 72 hours after the funds have been received in full.

* In total, it can take up to 9 working days from submitting your application, to actually moving into the property. Planning accordingly will allow for the necessary steps to be taken ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.
