At 15 Conde Street, a quiet cul-de-sac in La Colline, Stellenbosch this modern student accommodation is available. The house consists of 4 Flat units (9 rooms in total) each unit with its own entry, bathroom and kitchen. Laundry facilities on site and parking available. Beautiful new finishes and FULLY FURNISHED!

PLEASE NOTE THIS ACCOMMODATION IS NOT NSFS ACCREDITED. Bursary beneficiaries are welcome to apply if they can fund the rent according to the our criteria and pay the deposit and admin fees upfront.

Currently only TWO rooms are still available for MALE students only for 2025. Leases run from 1 December 2024 till 30 November 2025. Only serious and conscientious students are welcome, this is not a party friendly environment.

Rent includes Wi-fi. Pre-paid electricity and water for tenants own account.

All bathrooms have a shower. Kitchens are equipped with a stove, oven, fridge/freezer combo, kettle and a microwave oven. Rooms are equipped with a bed, mattress, desk, chair and wardrobe. NO lounges. Outside recreation area with braai facility.

To apply students will have to provide proof of affordability. An application form, and layout plan can be provided via email. Rooms are let individually.

Once off Admin and Credit Check Fees: R1667.50

Deposit: Equal to one month''s rent due on signing of lease.
