While it''s child friendly, sadly it''s not suitable for pets. This is a wonderfully central location, with shops and restaurants close by. The complex consists of just 6 homes. Preference will be given to clients requiring the property for the full rental period. The rental included uncapped wifi, speed unknown.

This is a much loved and comfortable home, with a cosy sun lounge/study area, a spacious lounge with fireplace, and 2 good sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite toilet and the second bedroom has 2 single beds, with the bathroom and shower across the passage. The kitchen comes with all electrical goods and is fully equipped. Leading outside from the kitchen is a safe enclosed garden area. There is a single automated garage (in which some items are stored), and also a parking bay in front of the garage. Tenants would need to bring their own linen etc, as this isn''t provided.

We are looking for a tenant for the full 5 months, after which the owner will return from overseas. The property is not serviced, and tenants will be liable for all utilities such as (pre-paid) electricity, water, sewerage and refuse. The usual documents are required to perform the necessary credit checks.

A double deposit is required.
