There is one secure parking space for one vehicle with its own separate entrance.

The following furniture will stay in the studio -

1 Queen size base and mattress, (No Linnen) 2 bedside tables, 1 x cupboard, Washing Machine, Microwave oven, 1 x small cupboard

The Studio have pre-paid electricity and water/sewerage will be billed on a monthly basis.

Wi-Fi is available at an additional cost of R200 per month.
