The South Coast Mall and Shelly Centre are nearby, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, and a movie theatre. For those seeking adventure, activities such as shark cage diving, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, whale and dolphin watching, as well as fun boat trips, are available.

Bondi Beach 25 is situated in a well-maintained complex with fantastic facilities for the whole family. Children can enjoy the swimming pool, and the complex also boasts a tennis court and a clubhouse. Security is a top priority, with 24-hour surveillance and an electric fence surrounding the entire property. Each apartment comes with undercover parking, and there is direct access to the beach via a secure gate, offering stunning sea views.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom ground-floor apartment features a lovely patio, accessible from the living area, which includes a gas braai, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxation. The open-plan living area, which includes air conditioning for added comfort, leads directly onto the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The main bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds.
