1 Bed Garden Cottage in Fairview

This is a large one bedroom garden cottage with fitted kitchen , bathroom with separate bath and shower,spacious open plan kitchen, lounge,dining area and patio, in a lovely garden ,with pool and lapa/ braai area available. There are four other units on site so security is very good due to the number of people, vehicles, and doggies, also the electric gate and full walling. We are pet friendly and have six doggies and two catties all happy together at present. Dont want grumpy people please, as we all have to get along. Each unit has a parking area which cannot be blocked by others. Property is at the end of Anthony Crescent. which is a loop road, so there is virtually no passing traffic and very quiet. People who like drama and noise need not apply.
