It features a beautiful full-size kitchen with oven, gas hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and even Ironing board and vacuum cleaner are provided. There is a gas heater for the colder nights in winter and even a front loader washing machine!

The interior is modern and functional and includes a sleeper sofa for visitors.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Here is also where the washing machine is located and tumble dryer would still fit on top of the washing machine.

This beautiful cottage is available from 1 January 2025 and the rent is R 7300 per month. Should you be willing and able to commit for a longer term lease, we can discuss special conditions.

We are asking for 2 months rental deposit, with one month up front and the second month in installments over the first 6 months of the lease.
