Or if you prefer, there's a laundromat at Glenwood Mall, which is 4km away, and includes a Spar, several ATMs and some great stores.
CLIMATE CONTROL
No aircon. The flat does not get hot in summer despite facing west.
Although the room gets late afternoon sun through side windows, they are small and high off the floor, so the sun doesn't overheat the room.
Curtains (fitted) do help shield the room if you don't want direct light.
Located below owner's house with separate side entrance.
SECURITY
Overall, a quiet and safe neighbourhood.
All windows are burglar-barred on the inside.
Alarm remote control.
External motion sensor can be switched on while indoors (interior LED at front door will light up).

Strictly for a non-smoker. Older tenant preferred.
