The furnished, first-floor apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. The main bedroom contains a double bed, the second bedroom contains twin beds, and the bathroom contains a shower, basin and a toilet. The living area comprises a fully equipped kitchen which lies under an arched ceiling with wooden beams. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, a kettle, microwave and toaster, and a washing machine. There is also a 4-seater dining room table and chairs in the kitchen. The lounge area contains comfortable seating, and is equipped with WiFi and smart TV. The lounge area leads out onto a patio with beach and sea views. All rooms are equipped with overhead fans.

The small, well-run complex is secure with constant supervision, and has a good security record. Guests have access to a lock-up garage, as well as limited guest parking. All guests are requested to use their allotted garage to avoid congestion in the parking area. The apartment is serviced 6 days a week, excluding public holidays. Guests are required to bring their own beach towels, and pets are not permitted. We ask guests not to smoke inside the unit.
