This lovely Tuscan-style Beach House with small pool is nestled amidst beautiful tropical gardens & is situated 300m from the pristine Salt Rock Main Beach, a short 5 minute stroll or 2 minute brisk walk.
Extremely private with large enclosed garden, situated in the heart of the pristine coastal town of Salt Rock, and is unique, warm & welcoming, serving as the perfect seaside holiday house for a family or friends.
The house is fully furnished and equipped to cater to for all your needs. A large fully fitted kitchen leads onto the open plan dining and lounge area, which leads out onto the back garden area with lawn, small pool, deck and outside bar area.
There are 3 bedrooms:
The 1st bedroom has a queen bed, aircon and ceiling fan, and has stacking doors leading out onto the tropical garden.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and aircon, and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed and ceiling fan.
The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet, and there is an additional guest toilet, as well as an enclosed private outside shower, with hot and cold water, to enjoy a shower under the stars.
The kitchen is fitted with gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster and microwave for your convenience.
The open plan lounge and kitchen area has a ceiling fan and stacking doors leading out onto the private pool area, deck, pub and garden.
Pool loungers outside invite lazy afternoons lounging by the pool after an invigorating morning on the beach.
There is safe and secure parking for 2 large cars (or 3 smaller cars) in the driveway behind a locked automatic gate.

The house shares a communal driveway and parking area with another house on the property.
