There is an additional large office/4th bedroom but this will be additional 5k per month if included in the rental.

Rent includes electricity, water, gas, uncapped 200mb fibre wifi, full DSTV package and armed response security.

Available from 1 February if required for a medium term rent, ideally between 6 and 9 months (latest date of stay being 30 Nov).

The bedrooms are air-conditioned but please note there is only one full bathroom (no main en suite). The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet, and there is an additional guest toilet, as well as an enclosed private outside shower to enjoy a shower under the stars.

The kitchen is fitted with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and air-fryer.

The open plan lounge and kitchen area has a ceiling fan and stacking doors leading out onto the private pool area, deck, pub and fully enclosed garden ideal for your dogs. Maximum 3 dogs allowed (regret no cats).

There is safe and secure parking for 2 large cars (or 3 smaller cars) in the driveway behind a locked automatic gate.

Please note: The house shares a communal parking area with another completely separate house on the property.

Each house is fully fenced, enclosed, secure and private with separate entrances and gardens.
