-The tenant can at NO time with hold paying the lease due to crop failure, the weather or for any reason what so ever.
IT MUST BE NOTED:
Occupying and working a farm constitutes ongoing maintenance and up keep which are all for the tenants account. All borehole pumps, irrigation pumps, irrigation lines, sprayers and permanent infrastructure must remain in the condition as it was found on the morning the tenant took occupation.
FIRE SEASON:
The tenant will ensure at all times that the fields remain in a neat state, grass and weeds must be short and under control. Should for any reason any damages to the property is caused due to a fire, the tenant will be held personally liable for damages.
Eskom:
The tenant accepts full responsibility for the Eskom account while occupying the property. Should the tenant default on such a payment it will be deemed a breach of contract.
-The tenant will be given 10 days to remedy such breach
-There after the managing agents will deliver the notice to vacate the premises with emendate effect.
-Should the tenant sabotage or illegally reconnect the Eskom power, it will be handled as a criminal act and the managing agents will assist the land owner in opening a case at the SAP.
The farm equipment:
The farm equipment does not form part of the lease and should the tenant require such services, it can be arranged with the land owner. Only her designated driver / operator will be permitted to carry out the work required.
Per viewing arraignments will include:

-A clear copy of your current residential address
-6 months bank statements
-Applicants must sign and return the credit check consent form
-Proof of funds for the deposit should be held in a separate account.
