The person applying and signing Lease Agreement has to be the person staying in the property PERMANENTLY.

No signing / payment of rent will be approved for a Parent on behalf of a child who can't afford the flat or on behalf of other relatives / friends who do not qualify to rent themselves.

The Security access system will not allow entry to anyone else , if the person who signed the Lease Agreement does not access the gate via the facial recognition system regularly themselves.
